5. PRICING AND BILLING
The prices indicated in the order confirmation by the company Royal Kitchen Equipment include the prices of the products, expressed in either Euros or Sterling, the V.A.T. charged at the applicable rate, the necessary delivery charge if applicable, and is current at the time of the transaction. Where stocks allow, all items purchased online will be shipped to the customer within 1 to 14 working days.
Orders may only be canceled in writing either by fax OR e-mail and after checking for if possible to cancel or not.
Orders that have already been shipped will NOT be canceled.
